A friend recommended this to me because I was feeling tired, sluggish, and just blah. After a week of using this, combined with lymphatic drainage, I could already tell a difference in my energy, felt less puffy, and I think it’s working! Haven’t noticed any side effects and I’m happy with it.

I have a slow lymphatic system (runs in the family) and was taught how to do massage for it - which works. But, I’ve been using this for months just to make sure I don’t get backup in my lower legs. It has good ingredients and bonus- methylene blue! No side effects. It does taste nasty but it’s not so awful you can’t hold it in your mouth for a minute. Just drink after.

Used to be a great product, really worked. I bought it a 4th time and it tasted like burnt plastic. I tried another brand, it tasted fine but didn't work as good. So I bought this one a 5th time. Still burnt plastic. Read the one stars. Mostly it is satisfied customers who are now upset about the taste.

Awesome product and a great company you can trust! I have been using this product on and off for over a year now in combination with dry brushing. Highly recommend!
