Used these for my postpartum days after leaving the hospital. I double them up with a thick pad and it works well. Reasonably comfortable I would go a size bigger and they always give a good amount of protection even just on their own but I am extra cautious.

This is really soft and comfortable to wear, compared to the pads. It doesn't seem to leak either. I purchased more packets as a back up and is definitely going to order more if needed

Any woman that needs diapers but doesn't want to feel like she's wearing diapers. these are great! I 'm 57 and due to a spinal injury I get very little warning as to when I have to go. I mean seconds. Not only are these comfortable, they don't look bad and they can hold an unbelievable amount. They don't make the crinkly noises like the old type used to do, (when my Mom was sick she had to use them) and they really are somewhat pretty, Just an add on to my above comment, because sometimes I haven't planned ahead to order enough, I must rely on what my neighborhood store carries.which is not the purple. Bless his hearty hubby goes and gets the next best thing, the apricot or what ever they call it. (I no longer drive.) I am a small girl 106 ibs. and I find there isa definite difference in the fit between the purple Small and age apricot. Maybe it's me.......

Very honestly I bought it for prepping my post partum normal delivery. However I had a c-Sec and 3 packets were wasted. But whatever I used ...trust me they are a must have if u had a normal delivery. Do not buy in bulk or buy at all if u are planning a c-Sec. So soft, so comfy and must have....I will rate it 5 star (really worth having them)
