do these socks cut in your leg on the tops.?

I have been wearing these socks for about one month. I ordered the 13-15. Although the length seems a tad short from toe to heel, I have not experience any cutting at the top of the sock around my calf. I have textbook champagne bottle legs with large calves. Hope this helps. WJC

They are very similar to crew socks, but the tops don't bind on the calf. They do stay up, though; and they're very comfortable. Hope this helps.

Do these socks use latex in the elastic or or they non-elastic?

They have elastic, which keeps them in place. They are not tight at all - even on my fat legs.

How long do they last?

A long time! I am on my fourth pair of socks
