Dear Amazon Support Team, ​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a ceiling fan I purchased from your platform, which was delivered on March 19, 2026. ​While the product initially appeared to be in working order, it has developed significant technical issues within just five days of use. The fan has started making an unusual, loud noise, and the motor speed is fluctuating inconsistently without any manual adjustment. ​As the product is clearly defective and within the return/replacement window, I request an immediate replacement with a new, functional unit. Please arrange for a technician or a pickup at the earliest convenience. ​I hope to resolve this matter amicably and promptly. However, if this issue is not addressed immediately, I will be forced to pursue formal legal action to protect my consumer rights. ​I look forward to your quick response and a confirmed date for the replacement.

Normally fan is good but speed not too first.. when I using regulator this fan making some sound and using in Full speed there have no sound. this fan is't too much heating. If your room size is 100sqf or less so I recommend this fan.. if size is 120 or more sqf don't buy this product. I don't think in this range this fan is cupper coil. And hanging 🔩 is too small.. and not free.

I'll be frank, I got this for 1500 during the sale. The designer one( not the plain one). 5 year warranty and a subtle and beautiful design. I can't complain for 1500. But this fan usually goes from 2200 to 3000 in the offline market. I ordered 2 fans, one fad a plastic part damaged. But there's the return policy for that. These are not remote controlled, the old fashioned and functional regulators. Good airflow. Most important - 5 YEAR WARRANTY

The airflow is strong and consistent, even at medium speed it cools the room very well. The motor runs smoothly with very low noise and the build quality feels solid. Installation was easy and both fans are working perfectly. Overall, a very good product from Orient with great performance and value for money. Highly recommended if you want a reliable ceiling fan for your home.
