Excellent product packed with a punch of max Vit C mgs per dose. Each serving is just half a tablespoon, making this rather large bottle a good value for money. Tastes alkaline natural with flavors of rind bitters. Great when added to a tea cup of water but I like it straight out of my spoon. Glad I found this megadose version over Mary Ruth’s other Vit C liquid.

This liquid vitamin C has a really nice taste — sweet with a light sour note. The yellow syrup is easy to take, and the bottle design makes dosing simple: you gently squeeze it, so it’s easy to control how much goes into the spoon. Our whole household was sick recently, and my child was ill for about a week and a half. I didn’t get sick. I can’t say it was only because of this vitamin C, but I do feel it helped support my immune system, especially after taking it consistently for about two weeks. This is my second time ordering it. Fresh product, good expiration date, convenient to use, and it fits well into our daily routine. Will reorder again!

I was really looking forward to receiving my product. I did today however it expires next month. I would really like to have a product with a longer expiry date as we are in Australia and winter has just commenced.

Love the taste and I haven’t got sick since starting. I’m around lots of kids and I feel like this makes a difference in me not getting sick. Taste is good imo. Also, for all those who have piercings that never seem to heal my piercer recommended this stuff. She said taking it helps your immune system stop freaking out over the piercing. I have also noticed a significant reduction in my irritation bumps that I struggled with for months. Like they are basically gone. So while I’m not a doctor, it’s worth a try if you have irritation bumps on your beloved piercings that won’t go away. Worst that can happen is your body is happy with vitamin c and you still have piercing bumps lol.
