Good product
I have purchased several BPS knives and I am very happy with the quality for the price. The knives could use a little more finishing work but not necessary unless you want the blade a little more polished and a little sanding and stain on the handle. But they are very sharp and built to last a lifetime. No cheap components that I’ve noticed. I love the quality of the sheaths. I have bought a couple sheaths by themselves. One thing I would like to see is for them to make the sheaths to fit the knives. They supply the majority of the knives with the same size sheath regardless of the shape and length of the knife. But I will continue to buy these products as long as the quality stays good and the price doesn’t go too high.

Seemingly excellent fixed blade knife
Purchase this as a gift. I did take some time to look it over though and seems well made, lovely wooden handle guards and leather sheath, feels durable, came relatively sharp, and an overall good size with a balanced design. No hidden gimmicks or gaudy features. Straightforward fixed blade stainless steel knife with a holster.

Great Knife, Great Deal with a caveat. Hex screw size 2.5mm
These are very nice knives made of good steel ( both the Carbon and Stainless). I bought the HK6 and Adventure models. BUT - Handmade + massed produced - There's gonna be some variances. These are working knives for savvy workers, hunters, & outdoors types. Yard work here in Texas ( in Texas the yards literally fight back. we have this one plentiful weed that just ignores my machete collection). The knife you get may be perfect. Might not. I knew this going in. Both of mine really kind of needed just a little tender loving care polishing/filing/corner grinding on the tang where it protrudes from the grip all the way around. No Points off for this. Just know it. Both mine had multiple places on the grip where a paper-like cut could happen or scraping off your skin, or just causing a blister. If you absolute require a finely polished & finished tool, pay an extra $100 or so for some other brand. Again - other buyers mention this issue. To fix it is a Very minor, EZ Peasy repair. #1 - Wrap that sharp blade, first thing right off. Preferably with leather, a piece of tire tube, or something. #2 - Blade wrapped - Remove the Two 2.5mm hex screws. 2.5 mm is a common metric hex size. If you own a bicycle or vehicle you work on ( or ever got gifted a tool set that came with a metric hex set - you probably already own one. If not or if you don't want to go digging through your stuff - ANY cheap metric Hex Set should have a 2.5mm wrench with it. Complete set $5-$10 do not pay more. A metric screwdriver hex bit set is also a thing. So take out the screws, they come out easily, the slabs fall off, don't lose any of that stuff. Blade Wrapped ( I'm really pushing safety here. A wrapped blade is better and cheaper and more fun that the ER on a weekend. ), slabs off - you just need to lightly file ( manual or Dremel) around the GRIP portion of the knife blade to smooth & remove sharp EDGES. The stainless will be more difficult than the carbon because it's harder. Wear Goggles - you are doing metal work. Maybe with a power tool. Some have mentioned using Carbide scrapers and the back of the blade of a Utility razor knife. That should work with the carbon blades, but doing that on stainless is a hard "Maybe". 800 grit proper steel sanding sandpaper should work. Not the sandpaper you sand & polish wood with. Me, I had choices and I used a hand file. I may go back, do it again and use a rotary tool ( Dremel). Almost done. So you hopefully got rid of the sharp edges on the tang. And all I'm suggesting is EDGES corners. If you want to start removing more metal than that - You Be You ( safely). So wipe that tang with a tiny bit of oil. Mineral ( Baby) oil would be just fine. put the slabs back so holes line up ( here I suggest using BLUE Loctite on the female threads) and just carefully screw it back together "Snug" not tight & hard. If you lean into tightening you will most probably crack any knife slab, but wood especially. Too tight and it may just snap or weeks or months go by and a humidity change and a crack will appear. All of this reads a lot more difficult that it is. There are YouTube videos on it. I did both of mine together and I am no sort of artisan and everything was done & all good & done including cleanup in under an hour. Maybe 30-40 minutes.

Value added!
For the money, you cannot beat BPS knives. The sheath alone is worth $30. I wish they included a ferrel rod like on the Adventurer though. Excellent knife.

Well worth the money.
These are nice well made knives. Especially for the price. Handle and tang fit together very well. Looks nice and shaved arm hair out of the box.

One of the best knives I've ever owned.
One of the best knives I've ever owned. I bought one of these for my roommate for a holiday gift, and after seeing and holding her's in person, I simply had to get one for myself. The fit and finish and craftsmanship is excellent on this knife. It comes with a very nice sheath, and it feels amazing in the hand. This is the third time I've bought a BPS knife, and they are very high-quality. And the price! Oh my goodness this feels like 75 or 100 dollar knife. I have knives that are way more expensive that are not built this well. 10/10 recommend.

Nice features and a low price!
This knife is a no frills hunting or bushcraft knife ! The sheath is super nice as well I was impressed with this Ukrainian made knife! The box it came in is plain and simple but that reflects in the cost! Stays sharp and being it’s stainless steel no worries about corrosion!

Not true stainless steel
Comfortable grip. Crazy sharp. Good handle and blade length. It is not stainless steel as I know it. It will not fall off my testing magnet and takes more than a little muscle to free it.

Easily worth double the current price. Fit and finish is great - not immaculate but really good. I've seen worse on knives 2-3 times the price of this one. Well balanced in the hand. A bit small grip for my XL hands, but not uncomfortable in any way. Thick and well made leather sheath.

BPS knives are a must have for any outdoor enthusiast. You simply can not get better value for the money. It's nothing extremely fancy but it's reliable and effective! The blade holds it's edge very well despite the more mediocre steel it's made of, suggesting proper heat treatment. The leather sheeth is fantastic quality and will literally last you a lifetime. In fact the sheeth alone could sell for the full price of the thing. The knife is comfortable in the hand, easy to sharpen, and TOUGH! You can batton wood and beat on this thing all day long without seeing any sign of bending or stress. It is solid! I've battoned through thing's I would have trouble splitting with my axe, it's that impressive. One thing I will point out is that since it's carbon steel you do need to maintain it. Get some mineral oil and oil it up every now and then. It's not meant to look pretty, carbon steel will get discoloration and markings on it over time, a patina if you will. But that's not the point of this knife. This thing is a tool, and absolute beast of one. I would take this out for backpacking or camping any day and I often find myself preffering it over my more expensive knives. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!

5 stelle senza alcun ripensamento.
