This is an excellent daily supplement. The quality is high, and it’s easy to take as part of a regular routine. Black seed oil has many well-known benefits, and I like that this one is high potency. A solid product that I’m happy to keep using.

Liquud blackseed oil is very hard t o digest. This is the best tasting blackseed oil. I've been using this brand for almost 2yrs and I've seen the benefits. Overall, my immune system is strong & I haven't been sick in a long time.

I'm a 58 year old, mostly healthy woman. I have Type 2 Diabetes so that's why I'm saying mostly healthy. However, for years, I've been suffering from ongoing aches and pains. One day it's my shoulder, the next my knee, etc. In other words, there is ALWAYS something hurting on me. I've seen doctors, specialists (neurologist, orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors), I've taken prescribed as well as over the counter medication, exercises, physical therapy, etc. Nothing seemed to help. My co-worker suggested I try Tumeric. I did for 2 months straight. Nothing. No relief. Then I went for a massage and the masseuse suggested I try Black Seed Oil pills. She swore by them. At this point, I was hesitant to believe anything would help, but I was placing an order through Amazon anyway, so why not toss in a bottle, right? Well, I've been taking 2 pills every morning for a little over a month now and I have to admit, I haven't felt this good since I was in my 20's. Do I feel fabulous? No. I think I probably will need to take the pills for awhile longer, but that's fine. I see the improvement and I'm ecstatic about it. I don't know if it will work for everyone (the Tumeric worked great for my friend, but did nothing for me), but if you're in pain, why not try? It might work like it has been working for me. Don't give up on them too quickly though. Finish the bottle. If you see an improvement, great. Order another bottle. If you don't feel any better, then just don't order any more. It's worth a shot. I'm so happy that I can get out of bed in the morning and not moan and groan like I used to. I can actually climb steps the normal way now rather than 1 step/2 feet at a time. I still have to do it the old lady way going down, but I think it's more fear of my kneeing giving out and me falling that's holding me back than actual pain/weakness of the knee. My son feels it has helped with some digestive issues. We take it twice a day. It has only been 1 month, and I usually wait 3 months to review supplements. I will say I have had no ill effects. Easy to take gel cap and nothing unpleasant at all.

I had been taking Nigella Sativa Oil for almost a year. Before taking I used to have frequent leg cramp and Spinal Ache (to the extent of walking hunch back). After taking about more than a month my leg cramp and Spinal ache didn't seem to reoccur. I have tried many Nigella Sativa Oil brands available, and would recommend those harvested from Turkey are of better quality and reliable. Game changer, I have been suffering from bursitis in my hip for 18months. Finally had a steroid injection 5 months ago it lasted 3 weeks before I was back to being in agony. I have been taking this supplement for almost a month now and the difference in my mobility is amazing. They are easy to swallow, no aftertaste and although there are cheaper ones on the market I will stick with the ones I know work. Highly recommended
