I got these to cross stitch multiple projects and they work great! Definitely not the best quality, you pay for what you get, but they do the job and hold the Aida fabric tight. They’re a little difficult to latch so if you aren’t very strong in your hands they might be difficult for you.

Great variety of sizes, and they hold fabric taut really well. The plastic is lightweight but sturdy, and the tightening mechanism is easy to adjust. Perfect for embroidery, punch needle, or other fabric crafts — especially helpful for beginners like me. Good value!

Plastic embroidery hoops. Work very well. Pleasant surprised by these as I've only ever used wooden ones before. These are sturdy and hold tight. Many sizes for a variety of needs. Definitely recommend.

Set is absurdly cheap and comes with a variety of sizes. My only gripe is i got it to help me repair delicate fabrics like merino wool and cashmere. The plastic notch thst secures the material seems a little aggressive and like it may stretch out my clothes if im not careful. There's also noticeable slippage even when tightened, possibly due to the smooth plastic its made from and thinness of some of my shirts. Again for under $10 this is a good starting set but if I did it again I would get one or two higher quality, more gentle hoops.

I like the way these are made. They hold the fabric very taut! You can see in the photo that there is about an 1/8" lip on the inner hope. It fits into the outer hoop and that is what holds the fabric tight. Also, I like the variety of sizes.
