Nibbling away at my tin
Excellent and so easy to use

Controllable
A good tool. Controllable for fine work and steerable as long as you dont try to turn too tight. The same guide helps keep you on line for straight runs. Quiet in operation. I use it mostly on aluminium 1 and 2mm sheet and leaves a burr-free finish.

Didn't last very long....
I purchased this for work. After what I would say was mild use, it stopped working one day. I love Makita products but when I replace it, I might go elsewhere for the Nibbler to try and get something that is longer lasting.

Can’t beat it
Best cladding tool I ever bought, punch lasts well. Neat cuts in currugated steel. Really comes in handy with less & less power on sites.

Schnelle Lieferung. Minimalistische aber voll ausreichende Umverpackung. Gut!!! Werkzeug selber: Semi- bis Vollprofistandard, einfache selbsterklärend Bedienung, Schnittleistung wie angegeben. Schönes Detail: Die Blechdickemessnuten am Matritzenträger für 1,2 u 1, 6 mm. Eine 2 mm Nut für alu hätte nicht geschadet, wäre aber wohl schon fast Sollbruchstelle .. Matratze u Kerbstift gut zugänglich u leicht wechselbar. "Kerbstift" ist unglücklich gewählt, ein K. Ist eigentlich ein eingekerbter Metallstift etwa zur Befestigung von Rädern auf Wellen ähnlich wie eine Spannhülse. Flache Bleche oder Trapezbleche gutbearbeitbar. Leichtes Ölen des Schnittverlaufes bzw paar Spritzer Bohr und Schneidöl (keine Emulsion) gerade bei längeren Schnitten ab 1 mm lassen den Motor hörbar leichter laufen und schont die Stanzwerkzeuge. Schnittverlauf relativ gratfrei. Sehr zufrieden!

We needed to cut a 12 inch section out of an existing tin wall to install a wall plate to build a mezzanine. The existing tin wall had 2x4 strapping behind it. So instead of removing all the tin, bought this Nibbler, set up a laser and just followed the line. Couldn't have worked better. It cut up and over the double layer ribs with ease.
