This was so easy to build! Instructions were refreshingly easy to read and EVERYTHING was clearly labeled. Everything was in good shape as well except on small crack in one of the panels but I blame the FEDEX delivery guy for that after watching him throw one of the boxes out of the back of his truck. When he saw me come out he carefully unloaded the other two boxes 😔 regardless... I bought this for my chinchillas and they are absolutely loving life right now. I laid down a separate floor underneath to protect the actual floor. I am hoping to provide them with enough toys and chews to prevent them from chewing the actual cage structure. If you purchase this for cats as it is specified for, it would work very well. The roof is definitely waterproof and would be a great catio for your deck or lawn 😁

This Cat House arrived in a short time and there was nothing broken. Like many need-to-assemble products from overseas, the wordless instructions were a bit challenging but my partner and I put it together in about 6 hours. I improved rigidity by setting it up on a level wooden deck and then nailing a "frame-base" around the perimeter. Our cat likes it for napping and food placement, but is not at all interested in being locked in (but maybe new kittens could be trained to like it?) The cage comes with a partial roof and I added additional covering over the other half of the screened top which should increase the longevity of the product. I would definitely purchase again if needed.

This is a good catio but beware of the instruction manual. For as much money as you spend be prepared to buy more supplies to build it. You need wood glue. A large large bottle. The locks to keep the doors closed aren't great. Get better. Also the upper inside platform be prepared to add support to it cause the boards dont connect and will bend under weight of small push. We used brackets. Also get a drill bit to help create holes so if you need to add more support your not cracking wood. REMEMBER GET WOOD GLUE. GET EXTRA WOOD SCREWS.. BETTER LOCK FOR BOTH DOORS ON EACH SIDE. GOOD LUCK 🤣🤣🤣

This is a great product. Lighter weight. Easy to put together. We modified it a little to cover a travel trailer door, which worked perfectly, so cannot comment about original stability. I feel it would be great if used as intended. Can update if we end up putting it back in the original design. Love the wood/paint/color. Texture. Etc.

We wanted a catio for our Sphynx that we could connect to our window. This one was perfect! Super easy to put together with clear instructions but will go faster with two people. All you need is a drill , screwdriver and about an hour! Clear step by step instructions, quality materials, and everything clearly labeled. Luna loves it!

This product is a reasonable size, but is very cheap made. The wood is very thin and fragile. It will be an expensive temporary fix for my cats at this time. I really miss the quality of products that used to be produced in the USA. Now products are about mass production, poor quality for a high price.

It's been two months since my husband and I adopted our fourth cat, Siggy. Siggy is a 3 year old male and very sweet. Unfortunately, my 5 year old male cat, Pete, hates Siggy with a passion. Despite our efforts with following the proper, very slow introduction (twice actually), Pete still isn't having it. I have tried plug-ins, calming collars, room dividers etc. Nothing has worked. So I bought this catio as a sort of last resort. This way, Pete and Siggy are able to alternate time in the catio, while still being a part of the going on in the house, but remain safe and happy. This has been my saving grace. It was worth every penny. I did have to make a slit alteration to the lower part of the door, as Siggy is a clever boy and pulled the screen up a bit on the corner of the door. A staple gun, and cat proof screen has done the trick. So happy I made this purchase!!

I previously rented, and I promised the skitties when we moved to our house I will build you a Catio. I read through all of the reviews and noticed that this one was showing up a lot. When it arrived (in three large boxes), I hired a handyman to install a wall mounted cat door and built the catio right up against the wall, so they can come and go as they please. What I felt it lacked was a removable panel to accomplish this. However, removal of the back panel allowed access to the cat door. Quick purchase of some trim wood to fill the gap between wall and unit, and we were in business. I also took the extra step of installing pavers as the floor, which also provided a level surface to mount the catio.
