What happened to product control
I order these pens, which I love, from another distributor who currently doesn't have these pens. The one I got from Disney the pens do not open. You cannot pull the top off. Might be my imagination but they also seem a bit cheesier like a tad cheaper in this production group. I'm very disappointed in the product now especially since it is defective. They might want to check if they switched manufactures. All look alike pens are not the same. Also, the other company the price was cheaper. If Disney can make a comment on their site that these are the new and improved pens that would be great.

can not open the pen lid too tight I have opened one but the rest are too tight.
