Great spinner with the main attributes that I like
I have a bunch of fidget spinners of different types. Just got this one and love it... why? Its metal, a little heavy, you can feel the gyroscopic inertia as it spins. It spins for a long time. Its quiet. The spin feels smooth. The classic fidget spinner triad shape is just satisfying. There are more complex spinners that I have that are engaging but this one just ticks the boxes that I actually like. It also isn't that expensive.

These spin forever.
Yes, I bought these as stocking stuffers for my kids, they were really for me. These are extremely high quality and heavy. They will spin smoothly for many minutes. They feel nice in your hand and aren't too big to hold while they spin.

Excellent Quality Spinner
It is pretty hefty and the brass weights are secure in the lobes. You can easily get it to spin for 5 minutes; I clocked it at 6, even. It isn't whisper quiet, but it's not that noisy, either. A solid value.

An expensive spinner that is brought down by a cheap bearing
While this has a typical spinner form factor and function, it is not really your typical spinner. It has a hefty weight and pretty decent machining. The body does not appear to be stainless (I have the silver-colored one). It seems to be anodized aluminum, but I could be wrong. It's still new to me, so it does spin a good long time. Where it falls short is the bearing - there is a significant amount of play in it and it does make a whirring noise right from the start of being new. I suspect it will wear out quickly. Considering the weight and cost of this, I would prefer a much better quality and maybe slightly larger bearing.

Great spinner
Great quality. Silent, wobble free spin. It is a little large to manipulate with one hand. I would consider myself to have average size hands. One issue I have is the middle part occasionally comes loose. Since I tightened it (just with hands) it has stayed. If it does come loose it isn't that big a deal. Would definitely buy again, smaller if there is an option.

Love it!
I love it! Veavy and durable. I love the rose gold color. Its very quiet, which was important for me. It feels like such great quality. And spins smoothly forever. 5 star!

It fidgets.
It was a great fidget toy until it fell apart a few days after I got it. I put it back together.

Fantastic fun, quiet bearing, soothing
I can get stressed at times just like everyone else, and I find that fiddling around with fidget spinners gives me an outlet for my nervous energy and helps me focus. Once I figured out that they actually help me and aren’t just a funny toy that ends up forgotten in my desk drawer, I began to collect them, and have learned what aspects of a spinner make me happiest, and what makes me regard one as a “good” spinner, and this one ticks all of my boxes. Right out of the package this spinner had a very smooth and quiet bearing. Box one: check! I have been spinning it quite a bit and it hasn’t gotten gritty feeling or noisy when it spins yet, and spins for at least three to four minutes depending on the spin I give it. I’m not concerned about timing each spin and trying to beat records and have a spinner that spins for eight minutes. I am only concerned about it spinning freely, quietly, and smoothly. For my second box to be checked, I like my spinners to be made with premium-feeling materials and to have a more mature appearance (as mature as a fidget spinner can aspire to be!). Those lightweight plasticy ones with the sh177y bearings and LED lights are not my cup of tea. Not throwing shade, just telling it like it is. Aluminum is OK, if a little light weight , if it is machined right, stainless, brass, and any heavy metal base is more my style. This spinner has heft, is supposedly stainless (feels nice and heavy like stainless) but is covered with what looks like an anodized coating - hard to do on stainless, but it can be done - giving it a gorgeous deep red transparent coating that lets the stainless shine through. This spinner has a smooth cap for the bearing that is very comfortable to grip, and hasn’t come loose since I tightened it when I first unboxed the spinner. For the life of me I absolutely cannot understand the people who review fidget spinners and go to great lengths to b17ch and moan about their center bearing cap coming loose and falling off and blaming it on the manufacturer. First of all, it screws right back together. It isn’t broken. Suck it up buttercup. Second of all, if your cap becomes loose and starts to unscrew, can’t you tell it’s loose before the whole damned thing falls off in your hands? Tighten that puppy back up BEFORE it falls off, and you stand a FAR better chance of not losing it when it comes off altogether. If it keeps coming loose, put a little dab of thread locker on the threads the next time you have to put it back together. Jeez. All of that said, this spinner’s center cap hasn’t come loose on its own since I tightened it when I first got it. YMMV This spinner doesn’t have bearings in the three lobes that surround the center, but there are shiny silver colored solid metal inserts there instead that feel heavier than the bearings I’ve received in other fidget spinners that I have collected over the years. The added mass of these inserts is supposed to help this spinner spin longer, and I have no reason to doubt it works based on how easily this spinner out-spins several of my other ones. To wind down this insanely long review of an eight dollar fidget spinner, I can say that it is one of my dailies right now and I am enjoying it very much, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a solid, hefty, well-made spinner. Not much of a gamble at eight bucks. If you like fidget spinners or know someone who does, this is an excellent one to add to any collection. It doesn’t feel, look, or sound cheap and holds its own next to my spinners that cost five times the price, if only it’s of a bit simpler design.

I don't have much experience in the land of fidget spinners (I'm new to the whole phenomenon),but I can say without hesitation that after trying 3 or 4 (much cheaper), they all pale in comparison to the quality and function of this one. It's not cheap, but that's not the point. Its workmanship is supreme!

Was good for a little while but it really doesn’t last too long before it comes apart

Ad says 4-10 minute spin. Lucky if it spins for 4-10 seconds. Definitely defective. Too much trouble to return so it's now a forty dollar paper weight.
