This was so easy to install! I was able to program it very easily as well! I love the finish as well! It's just as described and looks great on my door! Worth the money. Works without any issues so far. Its the perfect size not to big and bulky. It opens with ease. I dont have to move my finger around or press my finger multiple times. I works on the first try everything. Also very kid friendly!

We’ve been using this lock for about a month and I’m obsessed. As a mom of two littles, my hands are always full, so digging for keys at the bottom of my purse with my arms full of babies and bags was not it. The fingerprint feature makes getting inside that much easier. It works quickly and reliably, we’ve had zero issues, and my husband installed it without any drama. It was super easy to program (despite what some reviews say), and it looks great on our door. It also feels very sturdy and well made. If you’re tired of fumbling with keys, this is 100% worth it.

I purchased this front door lock to replace the original that came with the house. I really like the convenience of being able to use finger print, punch code or standard key for entry. Installation was straight forward and easy. I did need to enlarge the inset in the door jam for the striker plate as the original was a bit smaller. I stumbled a little trying to program the fingerprint and punch code until I understood that the sequence to enter the codes need to be followed exactly . The diagram in addition to the written instructions led me to the correct sequence of numbers to use. It is a very nice door lock set. I was looking for and antique brass but settled on this model and I am glad that I did as it looks very nice after installation. The lock activates perfectly with the fingerprint scan or the punch code and the dead bolt does not bind when activating or retracting. What a pleasure that I no longer need to fumble with a key to gain access to our house through the front door. Initially I have the dead bolt to auto lock at 30 seconds. I may end up reprograming this to a shorter time. It is very usefull having that option.

Easy/ quick installation. Everything works as it should. Easy to set up codes and finger prints. (So easy, my wife actually set that function up) The self locking timer takes a bit longer to engage than what you actually set it on. No big deal. Price reflects the build quality. Metal box housing outside, plastic box for the inside. It's not horrible but don't expect some impenetrable fort Knox safety measure for this price. That being said, this is a simple inexpensive biometric door lock that works as advertised. We'll see how long it lasts.

We just received the Veise Fingerprint Door Lock over the weekend. Installation was easy, directions were clear and everything looks well made. Programming the lock was a breeze as well, with again, clear directions for both adding a master code, codes for other users and fingerprints. You can add up to 20 fingerprints and 20 different codes. It comes with two keys as well, and you can get one-time codes for other individuals to access if you don't want to provide them with your master code. Very happy with this purchase.

This fingerprint door lock has been a great upgrade for our home. The fingerprint reader is fast and accurate, making it really convenient to unlock the door without keys. I love this keypad lock! Easy to install, easy to set & reset, and I haven't run out of battery. I try to change those quarterly, if curious. You may find that wet/sweaty hands don't work for well on the fingerpad, but the fingerpad is reliable. When the door is not aligned with the frame, the lock will take 3 attempts to lock and then flash red. If your door frame isn't reinforced with a metal plate on the deadbolt, consider adding one

We just replaced our front exterior door and purchased the Veise Fingerprint Door Lock with 2 Lever Handles. The lock set is impressive--made well, looks innovative and nice, easy to install and an outstanding value. The installation and programming directions were excellent and easy to follow. It took me about 1/2 an hour to install, and 15 minutes to program. While programming the keypad codes, I had two codes that wouldn't work no matter what I did. I called the customer service number on the directions and spoke with a rep immediately that knew the product inside and out. I was quickly "walked" through a diagnostic procedure to make sure that the lock was functioning properly. When I described my issue, the rep asked me if the codes that I am trying to enter are part of the master code that I changed (sequence of numbers). My answer was yes--problem solved. The rep explained that I have two choices--not use the keypad codes that are part of the master code, or reset the lock and select a different master code. I would give customer service an A+. From start to finish, purchasing this lock has been a tremendous experience. I highly recommend this product and am so pleased that I just purchased another one for my garage door.
