Review: Used them daily when we couldn’t go to the gym - Saved me through covid. Only now I review them as I found them in my gym back. Basically looking as new even if I used them daily for months. You just to take good care and clean them if you use them outside. Decent. Different colours for different resistance, accessories good, good value for money.

Like many people, I needed to find a new way to exercise after the gym ceased to be an option! These bands have proven to be very versatile. There are so many on the market that it can be a bit of a minefield trying to work out which ones are decent and which are best left alone. Through friends and relatives who have also had sets, I am happy to say that I seem to have dropped on one of the better sets with these. The good points: + Good quality bands, carabiners and "D" rings, which gives you confidence in using them. + Very versatile. I do a daily routine of 20-25 different exercises with these. + "Stackable" resistance, which means that you can use multiple bands at the same time to increase the resistance level. + Foam handles are soft and comfortable, with a decent amount of foam padding. + Ankle straps are lightly padded and a decent width. Many I have seen have no padding at all and are narrow and uncomfortable. The not-so good points: - The accompanying exercise booklet doesn't give you a great range of exercises, but it is easy enough to find ideas online. - The stuff bag is a little on the small side. One of the great things about these bands is that you can take them anywhere, but it takes away from the convenience factor if you have to struggle to get them back into the bag. Fortunately, I had a spare stuff bag that was a better size and I use that instead. But all in all, these are definitely a recommended buy. Reliable quality at a price that won't break the bank.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versatile and easy to transport, but don't last that long

These resistance bands are great and can be used for many different exercises. They come with some suggested exercises but you can find better examples online. They're good and strong and come in a variety of resistance strengths, to make greater strengths you can use two together although for some exercises that could be awkward. There's also an anchor you can jam into a door to act as a high anchor for e.g. chest flue. This depends on the door hinges being screwed in firmly - I felt uncomfortable using a high resistance for this. Overall these are great alternative to dumbbells. Update after using them for 18 months regularly. They don't last that long. Most of my original set have snapped now, despite being stored as required, and I bought a second set to replace the bands as they break. It looks like I'll need to buy a new set every 2 years.
