I found these shirts, surprisingly comfortable. I bought them before a recent trip to Yellowstone when I wanted both sun protection and hopefully bug reduction. Once I got home, I also found out they work really well when riding my motorcycle. And the hood is light enough that I can tuck it under my helmet and be comfortable. Overall, a lovely shirt and no sunburns.

Overall this is a nice hoodie but it wasn't right for me. Lightweight, material seems breathable and I suspect it is fairly quick drying. Zipper on the one I got was on the correct (US) side and seemed fine. Pockets are positioned and sized well and seem functional. Color seemed a touch darker than the pictures but it was pretty close and it's a nice color (Grey Green). Size L was a fairly trim fit on me but not tight. 6'2", 200#, 44 chest, 35 waist. Sleeves and body were both long enough but I wouldn't want it any shorter. I think an XL would work for me too depending on if trim fit or looser more casual fit is wanted. The problem was the hood. I got this mainly for sun protection and the hood would not be doing its part for that. The hood was a fairly snug fit and well above my forehead a few inches past my hairline up towards the top of my head. It's just not near enough hood. I think It probably needs another 4 to 6 inches of material on the front of the hood. I guess I could wear one of my wide brimmed hats with it but at that point I'd probably just go with one of my many synthetic long sleeve t-shirts I already have.

I’m very happy with this jacket! It’s lightweight, comfortable, and provides excellent sun protection. I use it often for outdoor activities like hiking and fishing, and it always feels great to wear. The material is breathable and dries quickly. It's a comfy hoodie and good in hot weather. It's great if you like wearing hoodies all year round. Update: I've had a few of these hoodies in a short space of time. The first one I ordered was a size Large and I found it too tight and replaced it with an XL. I then went on a successful diet and had to reorder the Large 🙄 and today my new size Medium arrived and it fits perfect. I'd say the hoodie is true to size, but due to its stretchy nature it's very unforgiving. The stretchiness of the garment is also one of my favorite features.

This sun hoodie is one of the best purchases I've ever made! It's made of a lightweight, but sturdy fabric that really does a nice job of blocking out the sun. Of course, if it's hot out, you're still going to get hot while wearing this. It's a hoodie, not an air conditioner. But, the hoodie will help keep you from getting a brutal sunburn. The sizing is like what you'd expect from a coat. So no need to select a bigger size. It's easy to care for. I machine wash mine and then hang it to dry. It dries pretty quickly. It also doesn't seem to trap odors too readily, which is another nice perk. This really is a good product all around!

Good material for the sake of being packable and easily fitting it in a suitcase , or duffel bag, or tote bag. Material seems of basically good quality. It is rather "Silk like," so-to-speak. Not like cotton. Generally I like it. The cut is good enough, but I chose a size larger than what would be recommended for me. I like a bit of a "boxy" fit because I can move better that way. I don't want it to constrict around my waist. It does make the sleeves rather long for me though. I am not too sure right now if I will send this one back and try a size medium. I am female but very often men's active wear fits better. It is important that when I raise my arms above my head, the hem does not rise much if at all. The cut on this zip-front shirt is basically good. I don't know about the long-term durability, or how well it stands up to washing, or anything else that would require using the shirt for an extended amount of time. I actually do not like hoodies but it is hard to find a full zip shirt that has a stand-up collar. I need a zip shirt like this so I can bring it with me in my backpack should the weather get a bit too cool all of a sudden or if I am riding a bus with an overactive air-conditioner. I have to say I still wonder if the material is actually the best for that purpose as the material seems it may get cool itself rather than "repel" cool weather or cool air. Yet, I guess for slightly cooler weather it should be OK, especially indoors. The pockets are good to carry small items but since the pockets are not zip pockets you need be careful so that anything you put in them do not fall out. I would recommend it to anyone who I think could use a zip front shirt like this but I don't think the sizing is according to U.S. standards.

I bought this as a lightweight layer for fishing and travel because it is light enough to easily carry in a backpack. I consistently wear a large in all shirts and jackets but had to return for an XL which fit perfectly so it definitely runs a little small.

Badly packed... Size does not match the chart....

Good: Material is lightweight and highly breathable I have not had the opportunity to use it in very high temps but the material comfort overall is excellent. Fit is also good, on the slightly loose fitting side but that is what you want for a garment such as this to allow for good movement and ventilation. Bad: Despite being YKK, zipper quality does not fill me with faith, it sticks easily. Thumb holes are also on the smaller size guys with big hands might find them unconfortable.
