Great deal for beginners at current price
The price on this set was great. I paid 30 bucks for them but the price seems to range anywhere from 45 to 90 bucks on other websites. Pentel sells them for over 90 on their site so yeah. I got these because I want to learn brush lettering and you're basically getting 30 of the extremely popular Pentel sign brush pens (the tip writes exactly the same) plus 30 medium/large brush pens for when you've mastered the small tips and want to try something harder. A great buy for beginners imo. Also the other reason I bought these was the color selection. It has a great selection of warm, cool, neutral colors and they are all very vibrant. There aren't really any pastel colors but for me that's a plus because I'm not a fan of pastels. The large brush tips do squeak on your paper but that's not a deal breaker for me. If you want to start out as a beginner in hand lettering without spending a ton these are perfect! I don't know why they aren't more popular as a good option seeing as how recommended the original Pentel sign brush pens are for beginners.

Two Wonderful Brush Pens in One
Most dual tip brush pens give you the option of a brush and a fine or chisel tip, while these definitely have their place, these Pentels give you two distinct brush pens with each pen. That makes 60 brush pens in this 30 pen set, and these are some of the best brush pens you will ever use. Pentel Sign Twin Brush pens have durable, well constructed nibs (fine and large), giving you easy and precise line control, that will outlast other pens, and with a great vibrant selection of colors.

Great beginner calligraphy markers.
These are great! I use them for embellishments when journaling. They don't bleed through 160gsm paper. The colors aren't exactly a match for the caps, but they are fairly close. The pens look thick but are actually a surprisingly comfortable size. I like how stiff the brushes are because it makes calligraphy easier for me since I'm still a beginner. I do think they're a little overpriced, but I'm ok with it as long as they last a while.

Love Pentel Writing and Art Pens & Markers!
I love the variety of colors and the smooth writing, and can even get a bit of calligraphy from these beautiful markers! I’ve had them for a few months and they seem to hold up okay, but I have a LOT of markers so I haven’t used them exclusively. You can layer them if you wait until they are dry for subsequent layers to get the best results. They work best on paper made specifically for markers, even though I have used them to embellish watercolor paintings, for doodling and for using in coloring books. I got them when there was either a sale or there was a coupon for $3-$4 off or 10% off. All in all they are some of my favorite markers in sketchbooks and paintings for sale.

IN LOVEEEE HOLYGRAIL.
Comes with a variety of colors in different shades and hues. The size of the tips are great, the little side is great for basic writing, like doing a journal entry. These are easy to use and strike great creativity. The price is very worth it that id recommend for other stationary lovers to try out. Works for what i need it to do: journal, minimal calligraphy, and a bit of doodles. Very juicy “pens” or “markers” if you will.

The pen is different from the original. No nib is duplicated.
It’s so unusual to find a twin tip pen with both ends being a brush pen. The original Pentel Sign Brush Pens are my favorite, so I expected a lot! While the original pens are small with a fairly flexible nib, the small brush pen here is very much like a Tombow Fudenosuke! The other end is for large lettering, so you’re not duplicating pens you already have!

So happy with these
I have been a fan of another fude pen but they have limited colors. I found this and not only do you get the fude tip but a regular brush tip so you are getting double the markers for the price. Absolutely stunning color assortment. Highly recommend this set of markers for your journaling and card making needs.
