I expected an off-white, as indicated by the name ("Bridal White") and the colour in the picture. This is a pale yellow, the kind of shade I'd expect to see used with yellow baby clothes - it's close to the main colour of a wild primrose. The manufacturers must know some unusual brides! But the colour number on my reel is 419, the same number as the reel in the picture. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just perfect *by E***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 February 2020* I love this ribbon it's perfect for my needs excellent quality, silky and soft. I ordered shade no 1 White which is pure white. I notice people complaining saying it's not white. But it definitely is. Shade no 419 is the bridal white which is a beautiful ivory colour of which I also ordered. I hope this helps to clear any confusion as per the the two shades of white.
