Best Samsung phone i owned yet!
This is a great Samsung phone and barely came out a year ago..This is my 4th Samsung. For the price you cant beat it and with affirm $15 a month for payments wow. Its a 4g model though which is a bit shocking not 5g and also says car charger model but its made to charge at home or i would of given 5 stars.

I am older and not very tech savvy so I imagine lots of features are being unused by me. I learn about it as I need a feature, to keep me from being overwhelmed.

Unsatisfied with product and supplier
The phone is cute to look at was real excited when I got it. Im beggining to think thisbis a used phone. Since day one I've been having issues with the keypads. You have to press the keys more than once. It's not a delay they're just not going thru. The phone shuts off ever so often. First time it happened I thought it was because of the battery level but it's happening all different levels even at 80+%. When I reached out to the seller, I was told the phone can't have too much and it's a slow processing phone ... some crap like that. I didn't buy a phone to be having this issue and or concern. I need a phone that functions.

I haven't received travel adapter..whereas it has been mentioned that it is included in the box....

Problems are coming day after day. The first one is the screen it is not resposive on the top half for some reason. The second one is the network it's bad most people calling me said that I'm out of range but I'm not.
