Can baby move their arms up?

This says it is 100% cottony but the tag says one of the shells is polyester?

How can you tell when to size up besides the baby’a weight?

If the Sleepea swaddle appears to be snug length/width-wise then it may be time to size up.

Can my baby keep using this after rolling if her arms are out? Can she use it after six months? Does it act as a sleep sack?
