Perfect for when I’m doing a longer fast
I’m so happy to have something else to drink when I’m doing a longer fast. I generally do 43 hour fasts every day, once or twice a week I will do 48 hour fast, but once in a while like today I am doing a 72 hour fast and normally would drink black coffee and water, so having these teabags will make a change. The bag itself is very nice good quality made, ingredients are lovely, such a refreshing taste and nice knowing it’s not going to break my fast at all. Just 3 mins for the perfect brew, slice of lemon is also nice to add. Great bunch of ingredients including : 🔸 Chamomile 🔸 Dandelion Root 🔸 Rosehips 🔸 Cinnamon Bark 🔸 Elderflower 🔸 Cardamom 🔸 Fenugreek Love this product, will buy more!

Soothing and calming, great quality tea.
Fasting tea arrived in the resealable bag for an extra freshenes. Tea bags are of a decent quality and quite strong. This tea is made from 6 herbs. All dry pieces are of a good size and nice colour. It brews well to yellowish colour. It has a lovely scent and mild herbal flavour with dominant chamomile and hint of cinnamon. A bit pricey - £9.99 for 20 bags, but very tasty and of an excellent quality. Calming and soothing, but I'm not sure if fasting. Definitely worth to try because of its nice relaxing pleasant flavour.

Not just for fasting! Too pricey
Well, I’m not fasting, but I do love herbal tea and first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. These are lovely tea bags, which are super for an early morning cuppa. They’re a little fragrant and provide a soft straw colour tea that’s pleasant to drink whilst gathering your thoughts first thing. £9.99 for 20 though is quite dear, and whilst I love the combination of herbs, I don’t think they offer anything particularly unusual for that price that you couldn’t get from another herbal tea that will also suit you just fine while fasting or not.

Tastes nice enough
Now I did think these were expensive but the listing said you can reuse each bag up to 3 times, I found I couldn’t as by the third time there’s literally nothing left of flavour or goodness wise when I tried it, others might have succeeded with that but I didn’t also I found it a bit disgusting to keep a used tea bag out ready to use again and again, I’ve always drank herbal tea so this was nothing unusual to be but I do wonder about the fasting part as when I fast I only consume plain filtered water during then when I finish I consume products like this, personally I don’t know anyone that uses herbal tea while in the fast, all in all it’s a pricey but nice product but I won’t be getting them again

Great for a pick me up during extended fasting
I use fasting since 5 years to get my balance back. I've cured my back aches with fasting and I am recommending it to healthy people. For extended fasts, that can get quite boring, this fasting tea is great. It not only hydrates you but gives you a little bit of a different taste apart from water without kicking you out of ketosis. I love this herbal tea and I gladly recommend it to you.

As an extended faster, this tea is crucial to have on deck. Love the taste and little boost I receive from it.

I do not "fast", but I thought I would try this out on my sensitive stomach first thing in the morning when I haven't eaten for about 15 hours. I don't usually get my breakfast made until 3 hours or so after I have gotten out of bed, due to my lengthy morning routine (unimportant stuff I do..) This tends to be too long as I often feel a tad queasy by the time I get around to eating. I won't mind making a cup of tea after my shower to tide me over until breakfast though. This tea tastes primarily of chamomile, not my most favorite flavor, but I know it is supposed to be good for you, and I try to consume things that are healthy to help balance out the unhealthy. I can say that it does settle well in my stomach, and even help settle my stomach. I also love the pretty tea bags! They are made of a different material than the typical tea bag...like a very fine mesh net. I make a little 2 cup pitcher of boiled water and steep the tea bag for over the amount of time they suggest - which is 3-5 mins. The picture shows the tea after steeping for around 10 minutes. The tea was about the right strength, not too weak or strong. I didn't add any stevia, like i usually do and it was pleasant. Another addition to my morning routine!
