Color and consistency of product changed. Was concerned so I contacted Lucas-CIDE customer service through their website. Owner returned my call within a couple of minutes. My concerns were fully addressed and found out it was a colorant issue that does not affect the product efficiency. Impressed with customer service. Definitely purchase again.

I'm a nail tech and I would use this brand at my private nail art studio. Right now I don't see any clients but I do my own nails and I really wanted this great disinfectant at home. I use various tools/implements and I still value safety and proper sanitation practices (yes, even if I'm the only one using the tools). I really appreciated that this bottle was packaged well and nothing had been broken or damaged during transit.

It was open when I got it. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like that, but I got it and it was wrapped in the clear package but when I opened the bottle the foil on the top was open.
