They’re pretty and make good decoration, especially the bottles, but the fluorite didn’t glow under uv so I didn’t bother checking if the rest were real. I bought for the herbs and tools anyway so I don’t mind getting my crystals from an in person shop to make sure they’re real before I buy them. **Q: How do I contact the manufacturer? I placed an order, but it won’t ship. Amazon customer service says manufacturer didn’t update item was out of stock** A: I believe them to be genuine. Yes. **Q: Candle holders seem to be too big for the candles, how do I use them?** A: Thank you for your question. Our candle holders are designed to fit a variety of candle sizes, giving you more options for your decor. To achieve the best results, we suggest following these steps when using our candle holders: 1. Light your candle. 2. Tilt the lit candle over the candlestick, allowing a few drops of wax to fall onto the center of the candlestick. 3. Carefully position the candle in the holder. 4. Allow a few seconds for the wax to cool and harden, securing the candle in place. We've included a helpful video for a visual demonstration of this method. Feel free to ask additional questions. With love, Wyspell! **Q: Are the crystals real?** A: Thank you for your interest in our crystals. We would like to assure you that our crystals are 100% natural and genuine. We do not sell synthetic or imitation crystals. Our crystals are sourced from reputable suppliers who specialize in mining and extracting natural crystals from the earth. Each crystal is unique and possesses its own distinct features and characteristics that make it one of a kind. We understand that there are many imitation crystals in the market, but we take pride in offering only genuine and authentic crystals to our customers. We believe that the natural properties of these crystals provide the best benefits for those who use them for healing, meditation, or spiritual practices. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good value good for beginners wish spoon Crystal was real *by A***N on August 11, 2026* Not bad at all I do wish that the spoon didn't have as sharp of a point on the end but it's good value the crystals look real and feel real no not sure if rock crystal is meant to just speak quartz I do wish it was a little easier to have open for the crystal jar box really compact which I do like and over all good value and seems to be pretty user friendly as it does come with a book explaining how to set up your altar everything feels pretty good quality all metal except for the bottles which are clearly just plastic so I'm skeptical on the durability of that has a pretty good amount of colors and I do wish the crystal on the spoon was real and not a piece of resin ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by J***E on August 20, 2026* I absolutely love this.
