This pan is so amazing, I'm not sure where to start. Easy to clean, even cooking, plenty of space in the pan for one pan dinners, plus it has a glass lid with a steam vent. Is as good if not better than the Hexclad that we have. Certainly a better price. Has not tarnished on the bottom as the hexclad did. We have two other pans from Vinchef and they are great as well. Can not recommend this company enough

I have used this pan several times since getting it, and all I can say is this is quite literally the best pan I have personally ever used. The non-stick surface is incredible. It is almost self cleaning....I mean, a little water and it looks like it wasn't even used. The only issue, which is not the fault of the manufacturer, was that is got a little dinged up in shipping "but" it is very minor and doesn't effect the pan's performance at all. I will be definutely be purchasing more of this brand in the very near future.

Great size.. cooks even but sticks occasionally

Finally a large non stick 2 handled pan with see through glass lid, that can hold a full length fish or steak or pork/beef roast or ribs. And because there is no long handle, easy to store. I purchased this large sturdy pan as a birthday gift for my husband, who loves to make Paella. The lid keeps the dish hot and this non-stick pan can also place in the oven. Also, this beautiful 2 handled pan, placed hot on a trivet, is great for a lovely lunch or dinner presentation to the table. Lots or ooos and aaas, given by dinner our guests.

Love this pan and the price, which includes a nice lid, is fantastic. The size is great because you have plenty of room to cook a lot or you can use the middle portion and cook an egg (or whatever). Heats very quickly and evenly and cooks perfectly at medium heat. This is one of those "I wonder when I will ever use my other frying pans again" pans.

Awesome pan, use it for everything, perfect size

It is non stick but the handles get very hot when cooking . Over all I bought this pan for its size and non stick cooking . At first the coating was ok but when frying the oil absorbs almost completely causing a use of needing more oil than what is normally used in other pans . Also the non stick coating has marks in it that will not come clean from frying in it . The company reached out on March 25th and offered me the new design pan and to rate them which as of 4/6/24 I have not gotten , I wrote back asking if and when I could expect it and now I get a reply saying sending me the new pan won’t help with how hot the handles get (even though I bought silicone covers for the handles) so I just replied tonight since they now want to send me a pan that’s not what I paid for and I replied back if your not going to send what you offered I would rather have my money back what I bought for size and non stick is now becoming an issue with product warranty and promises . So in my honest opinion keep shopping and buy from a more reputable company that offers size and non stick coating that they will back up . 72$ for this pan is NOT worth the headache I WANT MY MONEY BACK I have screen shot proof of contact and my replies

I bought this to get me though my summer location.. I have Hexclad so nothing compares. Well until I bought this. I feel it cleans up well. So far after a month of use.. it does not stick. Because of other post.. I do not run it on a high burner. I keep it at 7 or under on my stove.
