It definitely helps in posture correction...as it bounds you to sit straight. I am an IT guy so sitting on chair is a compulsion. And with the day progresses my back bends many times leading to a wrong posture. So this belt definitely helps in sitting straight.

Sorry had to return back as it's not for backache or shoulder pain. It's just a belt around chest and tummy. Uncomfortable
