Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic oral cleansing procedure that is simply done by swishing, swirling, pushing and pulling oil between the teeth. HOW TO USE: For best results oil pull first thing in the morning or last thing at night before you brush your teeth. 1. Tip 1 tablespoons of oil in to your mouth. 2. Gently swish the oil around your mouth, pushing and pulling the oil between your teeth for 10-20 mins, then spit out (the oil should appear a milky colour) if the oil is clear when you spit out you have not swished long enough. 3. Rinse with clean water. Do not swallow the oil. 4. Brush teeth with Lochside's Black Magic Tooth Polish to polish teeth. Our Black Magic Tooth Polish is an ultra fine powder with a micron of 5-10. It is an extremely light, velvety smooth powder. Activated Charcoal is a mild abrasive that gently exfoliates the teeth that can help to remove staining from coffee, tea, wine, nicotine etc. This product does NOT contain any chemicals and does not bleach teeth How to Use: 1. Dip a toothpaste laden toothbrush in the powder. Brush teeth for 2 mins. 2. Spit and Rinse mouth really well. When rinsing, swill the water around all the mouth and in between teeth. 3. Rinse toothbrush. 4. After rinsing mouth and toothbrush, brush teeth again either with a clean toothbrush or with your normal toothpaste to remove any residual charcoal.
