Looking in to the pics if the product and while going through the description the product seems to be quite reliable, however the reality is not even close to what is offered and price charged, the delivered product is far cheaper and creates a question of transperancy and honesty of Amazon with customer

looks nothing like the picture but it works very well and makes my life easy. I rebought it for the second time today, I personally love it though many people might like a better quality. My last one broke in 3 months but I just rebought a new one because compared to other places, this is the best I can find here

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Okay...but not durable

I have not received scraper.Can you send me? Also the mop are thin. I was expecting more thicker as shown in picture. The bottle is not 800 ml. It is 300 ml only.

The spray does not work and functionality is poor. There is no ease of cleaning as the no cloth is larger. It has gone defunct with 15 days.

The item received is the same one that I returned. Its not at all the item that is shown in the image. Ordered(1st) - Gray, 800ml, 3 pads one with fiber on the edges, a cleaning comb;Received - Red, 450ml, 3 pad no fiber, no cleaning comb. Ordered (2nd) the same. Received a colour change to fluracent green the same one that I returned. It says 360 degree rotation but I don't think it works well as 360 degrees. You have to rotate with you hands.

So far I have used the product twice and is a great mop. Its light and easy to store away. Really comes in handy for quick clean ups and saves me the trouble of using the bucket of water for that would be used for heavy duty cleaning. Please with the product

One of the best products I’ve purchased on Amazon. We have terracotta tile in the bathrooms, hallways, and kitchen, and this mop does a great job keeping it clean and shiny. My favorite feature is the three washable microfiber mop heads—they’re easy to use and easy to clean. Even my fiancée has become a fan of mopping, and she is not a cleaning-type person, which says a lot. I don’t really use the water spray function, but when I have, it’s worked well with no clogs so far. One thing to note: it doesn’t get deep into crevices or tight corners, so keep that in mind depending on your flooring. Overall, I’d 100% buy this again.
