The media could not be loaded. Some have complained that the sand stays for days but I find if you create bubbles small enough the sand can get through. I’ve set mine and can take a few hours to fully get going but if your impatient like me then you can tilt it to move the bubbles and allow the sand to flow through. I can help but to speed it along sometimes but small things eh hahaha

Friends and family love it great talking point just by chance saw it on Amazon ordered one for Christmas for my 94 yr old mum and shes absolutely loves no picture is ever the same

Bought as a gift for a birthday and the recipient absolutely loves it.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the fact the I could not get the air out and it will not fall correctly. I have followed the instructions and used the hypo dermic needle and ut just will not either remove air or let me as pure water

Been stuck like this for 2 days nothing has moved or settled

My autistic nephew loves this it calms him down
