This is great value for those just getting into PC gaming. I was going from Xbox to PC and this one has definitely made the change super easy. Super easy to set up and comes with extras! Everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. Have no issues with speed, graphics quality or really anything else! When I go to upgrade if I buy another prebuilt it will be IBuyPower!

Such a great pc!! I recently just got into gaming and wanted something that worked well but was affordable and this was the PERFECT computer! Setup was super easy and it runs great! I was hesitant to spend money on a computer at first but I’m so glad I did. It was also really nice that the keyboard and mouse were included, I love that you can change the colors of the computer too! I have and will continue to recommend this product to people!

I searched all around and found the best deal. The highest specs for the money and I got this on the black friday deal so it was an even better price. I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she has literally been playing it all day long since she got it. It plays Fortnite without any problems and runs fast enough for her to play all her favorite games. Overall, its not the highest specs for a gaming computer but its the best specs for the price.

I saw this item at a discounted price on Amazon day (around October) as somebody who doesn’t know much about computers but wants to play a few online games I thought this was the perfect PC to buy, since I don’t have that much money I bought it at payments. I thought it would be worth it since I would finally could play games at a higher fps. When it arrived I had the same problem as you can see on video, I tried looking for a solution online but I couldn’t find anything to fix it. So, I contacted the company and they were quite patient and nice to help me creating a RMA, they said they could fix my computer for free, I only would have to send the computer to them through mailing so I did. Sadly mailing isn’t free so there goes pretty much the discount I had on Amazon day. After some time I got my computer back (around November, I made the first payments on it already). The RMA results said they were able to run windows properly without any problems so in theory I should be able to do it too… Sadly I got the same exact problem, I turn on the PC get the ASrock screen and after that I only get a black screen. I tried installing windows again with a USB drive but the screen turned black during the process. At this point I am ready to give up. It’s been two months, I am making payments for something I was never able to use.

Great starter PC but definitely needs a RAM upgrade. Moved to 32gb of ram and it runs like a dream.

This is the first PC I've ever bought solely for gaming, and I know it's not currently top of the line, but it's done an amazing job with the newest games I've thrown at it. I did add two more 8 gig sticks of RAM, so take that into account. Also, it was wonderful having a truly plug-and-play PC. Windows 11 was already loaded on it, and it didn't have to run hours of updates. Also, it powers on in 3-5 seconds and instantly loads any program I run. I'm very impressed.

Purchased Feb. 2024, upgraded memory and added a drive. Worked fine until this morning, now there's no POST, no splash screen, nothing, completely dead. Currently trying to diagnose but all signs point to a failed motherboard.

The first complaint I have is it came in damaged. The port for the WiFi cable was damaged so I have to use a Ethernet cord. It’s my own fault, I didn’t send it back in time, but with as much protective packaging as there was, I was incredibly disappointed to find it damaged right out of the box. It didn’t have much storage on it. I had to buy a new card for it to hold more storage. For a cheap option, it’s alright but like I said it came damaged and I needed to buy a new storage card just to download more than one game. So it will still need more tweaking before you can use it properly.
