Very fine water soluble powder. Dose is 20mg- even the smallest bag goes a long, long way. Comes with the smallest scoop I own now. Gets all over my fingers scooping some out. Careful not to inhale any of the fine dust cloud that comes out when you open the bag 😭 I've only taken it a few days now stacked with a lot of other things while I've been sick all week, so I can't speak to the affects yet, but I am impressed by the purity of this extract. I got it to combine with the 97% curcuminoids turmeric extract powder for anti inflammatory affects. I've always been dissappointed with turmeric & black pepper tonics, so I figured if there's really something to it, I'd buy some *standardized* extracts and find out if any amount of this combination is actually helpful for me. If it changes my life I'll have to update this but for now, still 5 stars, a good price on a highly pure and standardized extract. Standardized is important because the amount of alkaloids is measured and guaranteed as advertised. There are a lot of bunk extracts out there that could be 100x strength, but made with old, stale herbs with little alkaloid content left. Standardized typically costs more and this was a great price on the minimum quantity, which is still quite a lot

Enhance his by availability of my turmeric powder. Dissolves in oil. After mixing the two together I drizzle it on my salted popcorn. Delicious
