The phone is not compatible with 4G or 5G so Vodaphone have said it will not work when they withdraw the old service in 2023

Unfortunately, had to return the phone because it wouldn't charge. It would have been perfect otherwise. It was for my very elderly mother. Delivery was good.

The product listing says it’s a dual SIM phone, but it doesn’t clearly mention that it only accepts full-size SIM cards. Most SIMs today are micro or nano, so this caused unnecessary hassle. I had to go out and find an adapter, and even then, the connection was unstable, which made the whole experience frustrating.Unless you happen to have an old full-size SIM card lying around, I really don’t recommend buying this. Definitely not suitable for modern users.
