I've not had much success ordering furniture online in general and so this loveseat is quite the exception. Often the size, quality, and color can be difficult to gauge without actually seeing furniture in person. Amazon used Ceva for the delivery. It arrived a few days early, the scheduler who called was super friendly, it was well-packaged, and there were no issues with the delivery process. The delivery guys texted a half-hour before they arrived, and they brought it through the door and into the house for me. They also asked if I wanted it moved elsewhere inside, but it was not needed. The loveseat was covered in heavy plastic, and additional cardboard on several sides. All the parts, pillows, and cushions were there. The 4 feet were easy to screw in with a Phillips head screwdriver. In about 10 minutes I had it all unpackaged and ready to move into place. The loveseat appears to be constructed well, the fabric reminds me of soft micro-fiber, and was a tad lighter than I imagined, however it's a lovely chair. The seat cushions a bit stiff, but based on other furniture I think that's expected when brand new and should loosen up some in time. The pillows are quite large and heavy-they are so chunky they wouldn't make for a comfy, squishy pillow but they look great. Another comment said the fabric didn't hold up and I can't imagine this fabric wearing out anytime soon. It doesn't seem like something that would pile or show wear even with everyday use, but time will tell. It's definitely soft and heavy-duty. Overall I'm quite impressed so far. I have a lot of trust in the Ashley furniture brand and I would definitely buy it again. It was a tad too big for the spot, but I knew that before I ordered it and it was true to the stated size.

We are beyond impressed with this couch. Couch arrives in one long piece, covered and taped up in thick, clear plastic. There are 4 pillows that are also wrapped in plastic. You have to screw on the feet yourself. The couch is pretty heavy, but doable with two moderately strong people. The value can not be beat. The material is soft and the cushions are a good mix of firm with a little bounce and enough give that you feel comfortable on the couch. The arm rests have almost no padding, but hasn’t caused us any issues as we have throw pillows on the couch. The pillows that come with the couch are great quality with removable pillow covers. The couch I true to color and has a very neutral undertone that you can mix in with any color scheme. My husband has also had to sleep on the couch due to children who don’t stay in their own beds and he confirms it’s also comfortable to sleep on. It’s a great size - 3 adults can fit comfortably.

I absolutely love this loveseat! It is so comfy and sturdy. It’s a little firm at first but it loosens up quickly. He matching chair and ottoman along with the loveseat are perfect for small areas.

I purchased this product at a discount because of damaged packaging, which I have done with several items in the past with no issues whatsoever. However, when I finally received the item, it was clearly damaged. The leather on the back of the loveseat had two huge slices through it, clearly made by a sharp object. The shipping was a total disaster as well, as I was sent an email to schedule a date and time for delivery, because someone had to be present to sign for item...... which I did, and the product did not show up that day. I finally called after two business days and was told it would be delivered later that week, and that I did not have to be present, or sign for item as stated in the email. If I hadn't worked the day it was delivered, I would have immediately sent the item back due to the damage that was clearly visible. But, you get what you pay for, so in the future I will not buy a product that says " package damage" anymore. This is a beautiful loveseat and looks very nice. Hopefully I can have the damage repaired to the leather. Honestly, this product should have never been available for sell with this type of damage in my opinion.

Very comfy and stylish couch. I have had it for 6 months now and it seems to be pretty durable. It has been slept on, ate on, seen lots of action and it still looks good. I would suggest rotating and flipping the cushions regularly, if not you will definitely start to see where you sit most. A huge plus with this couch is that both of the seat cushions and the back cushions are reversible. It is also huge. With the back cushions off it is as big as a twin mattress. Perfect for overnight guests.
