easy to put together on delivery. however the main cable connector in the  body at the foot of the machine had not been connected before it was sent out.  good quality for the lower end price range..the instructions on how to use the digital display  and to get the display to set a programme seem a little at odds, but we are basically using the machine on manual settings which we prefer and it seems to work ok for that. we would certainly buy another of these machines in the future

Exceeded expectations. In our 50s so didn't want something that went too fast so this is just right for those dark evenings when the weather is rubbish and any excuse not to go for a walk will do! This is well constructed and was delivered ahead of schedule.

Great machine and great price well built sturdy machine, Got this to lose weight I already feel fitter after only one week of using it and also I have lost 2lb I  would recommend this treadmill to anyone
