If you love sharp gastrointestinal pains for days try this product!! If you’re using this for weight loss you definitely won’t want to eat anything on this product due to the massive bloatation device that will show up around your midsection. Energy? Forget that, you will be wallowing in pain with little will to do anything at all.

has a history of usage by several of my friends- I use it in place of the longer acting berberine I use sometimes because berberine can lower blood sugar at times and when I am unsure I will use this brand as it seems to be more in and out rather than not as long of a half life- but still try it out during the day first to ascertain your body's response to it- remember these products are not FDA approved but I have used this one several times when want it not to linger late into the night in me

As explained by my doctor, this product works by delaying stomach emptying. It seems like this product might be good for someone who overeats, as it will make time between mealtimes miserable and create a desire to eat less and less often. However, I tend to not overeat based on the several food logs/calorie countings I have done, so while I was excited to try it after all the hype, it just made me feel like I had a rock in my stomach, so to speak, for days, especially for hours after having had a meal, with horrible heartburn. And I felt so sick I could barely function well, so robust exercise was not possible. It clearly interrupted my body's natural digestive pattern. I have already lost 50 pounds through prayer (Thank you, God, in Jesus's name!), diet, and exercise, so I feel what I am already doing has been more effective and healthier for me. I had digestive troubles for years after a tumor was mostly blocking my intestines, and after a decade or so am finally back to the good, so I do not want to do anything which messes with the proper functioning of my digestive health: not worth it to me. However, the brand Integrative Therapeutics was introduced to me by one of the best and most effective doctors I have ever had, so I think very highly of it. I think the brand was excellent and trustworthy, even if the product mechanism wasn't good for me. Again, it seems like this product might be good for someone who overeats, because on this supplement they will not want to eat much or often, but it also might discourage them from eating the healthy things they need to sustain good health, so over time they may grow weaker: depends on the person and how diligent their habits are.
