Strong and heavy! Will need strength and time to assemble
Very sturdy! Takes the beatings of the tree seeds dropping on it just fine. Be prepared to work when you put it together though. There are ALOT of pieces! Totally worth it though

Great Gazebo
I purchased the 12x16 gazebo with the thicker frame. The posts look like wood but they are metal, which I wanted for less maintenance. My husband and I were able to unpack all the boxes and assemble it in one day. It came with the netting as well but we just haven't put it on yet. It's very sturdy and looks exactly like the pictures.

Gazebo
This ended up looking great. The bad points...a lot of the pieces were dented, or rusty. The directions are terrible, if you haven't built anything, you will need help from someone who has. Overall, once we straightened and figured it out, it looks great. Curtains and nets are great quality. For the money this was a good buy. Doesn't leak as it overlaps.

Fantastic Gazebo!
The customer service was incredible. I had several questions about the gazebo, so I emailed the customer service department at least three times before we ordered and once before we assembled and received an answer with in 24 hours each time . When I placed the order I was told to expect the 7 boxes in 10 days; they were delivered in three days. We inventoried each box for the parts and all were delivered. We even received a few extra screws and nuts. All parts were neatly packed and well protected. Assembly was as expected, a little tough. I hired two handymen and enlisted my son-in-law so there were 4 of us working. It took a solid 8 hours to complete. The instructions could be better as it is only pictures and sometimes tough to follow, but workable. I highly recommend you have power drills and or power screwdrivers (5/32 bit). We used drills instead of the one allen wrench provided. Also suggest you have at least two ladders. We had two but could have used one or two more. We only had a few areas where the holes didn't line up and we were able to enlarge the holes slightly to fit. Most important thing is to expect a long day but know it will be worth it. We are extremely happy with the gazebo.

Bad Customer Service/Cheap parts
The positive: It’s a beautiful gazebo and fairly sturdy. The negative: It comes in a million pieces (our boxes were severely damaged), it was missing a few screws, the instructions are pictures only and hard to follow, and the curtains that come with it are cheap. Less than 2 weeks after setting up the gazebo, the zipper fell off one of the curtain panels. I contacted customer service. I was asked to send pictures which I did. They determined that the zipper did not effect the functionality of the gazebo and we’re going to do nothing about it. After explaining that it does (we zip it up every night to protect our patio furniture) and that I did not pay over $1,600 for this item to have a part break in 2 weeks, customer service said they would reimburse me $10 and suggested I take the curtain to a tailor. $10 WILL NOT cover a tailor and fixing this issue should not be my problem. The curtain should have been replaced by the company as far as I am concerned. While customer was polite, they did not resolve my issue and I would not recommend buying anything from this company as they will not work with you to fix issues.

Perfect!
We just lo e out canopy! Best buy for the yard ever. Building it was definitely a bit of a challenge and you definitely need at least 2 people. All parts were in package (keep them organized), no damage. To us the trickiest were the roof parts. We suggest using double sided tape for the "triangle" parts to keep it as one to slide into the frame. It was much easier that way than sliding them in separately. Other than that, great built and very sturdy.

It’s OK
Beautiful gazebo. Lots of Alan wrench head little screws to put in…lots!!! Roof has many small pieces that go together to create one section by sliding and snapping together. Ties connected to curtains only have a few stitches in them….3 out of 4 have already ripped off in 5-10 mph breeze. And one of the zipper heads completely disappeared. I think the breeze blew the curtain open and it fell off ?? Curtains themselves touch the ground so when they blow they rub on the concrete…I’m guessing they will fray soon. Only reason I purchased aluminum instead of wood is because the 12x16 came with curtain…oops! Roof gets HOT. Bolted structure into concrete and built a wall on the back of it and it still wobbles some. My guess would be 3 years longevity…hope I'm wrong .

Takes a little work but it's nice
Got this for my mother. Took a LONG time to put together with one person helping. Like we started around 8:30 and by 6pm we still didn't have the curtains up. It suggests 3 people not 2 but not sure how much that will help. Lots of little steps and pieces but it was worth it. It's nice when assembled. I got a big outdoor ceiling fan (48") but needed a 16" extension rod to keep it from hitting the ceiling. Not complaining. Just giving info for the next person. I was missing 4 pieces and they sent 4 extra of another part. I got the parts in a couple weeks. These things happen and it was rather painless. Just check off all the pieces before you go trying to put it together. I was so glad I did. My mom loves it and it was well worth the effort.
