My top calming supplement
Absolute top calling supplement on the market! I’ve been using Arrae calm supplements for years and never let my supply dwindle. They’re amazing, easy to take, taste good (if you open the capsule), and work within an hour of taking them. Perfect for calming both the body and mind with zero side effects. Easy on the gut and super affordable.

I was skeptical but it's very calming
I tried this out when on a promo price, as I love the probiotic. I am impressed. I just feel noticeably very chilled out, but with my normal energy level, not tired. My job is stressful and I can take this without slowing down. Subscribed!

Not worth the price
I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it made no noticeable difference for me. I followed the recommended dosage consistently, yet I didn't feel any change. For a product marketed as a natural way to lower cortisol and promote calm, I expected at least a small improvement but there was none. At this price point, it's disappointing , and I will not be repurchasing.

Honestly not sure if they worked but I did sleep through the night. I woke up a few times which is good for me and when I did wake up I sort of felt as if I was spinning so I quickly got myself back to sleep to ignore that feeling. I will keep trying to see if they work but I take it as a win considering I got sleep!
