I’ve tried a few melatonin supplements, and this dual spectrum one is definitely one of the better ones. What I like most is that it works in two stages—you feel it start to kick in fairly quickly, but it also helps you stay asleep instead of waking up in the middle of the night. It’s easy to take and doesn’t leave me feeling groggy the next morning, which is a big deal for me. It’s especially helpful on nights when my mind won’t shut off or my schedule gets thrown off. Only thing is if you’re sensitive to melatonin, 5mg might feel a little strong at first, so it might take a couple nights to get used to. Effective When Needed, With One Small Drawback I purchased Nature Made’s Melatonin 5 mg tablets for my family to use on occasion, and overall, we’ve had a good experience with them. When taken, my family members tend to fall asleep faster than usual and are able to stay asleep through the night, which is a big plus. The main reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that most of the time, when my family wakes up in the morning, they still feel tired and somewhat groggy. That said, when used sparingly, these melatonin tablets are very effective and reliable. They’re easy to take, affordable, and do exactly what they’re meant to do—help with sleep when needed. Only used it for one night but helped so much. Also, with regular melatonin I feel as if I don't fall asleep as soon as I get tired it's wasted, but I fell asleep great even after staying up a little bit more.

Good quality and it works! There is no odor or aftertaste, appropriate size for swallowing, not too big, great value for the money!!

This Melatonin is the most effective I have tried. I go to sleep and stay asleep.

I doubled the dosage and it still didn't help 100%. It helped a little but I'm taking twice the dosage and I still wake up multiple times a night.

Don’t compare it with sleeping pills. Can be taken to improve sleep cycle or treat insomnia. Good thing is i don’t see any side effect.
