Great cooler for for short trips and excursions
Fits about a case of cans with ice, keeps things super cold for a day at the beach. Didn't notice any significant melting after 8 hours

Keeps things cool but opening is very narrow
Really like the ability to carry it around more easily than a rectangular cooler and does keep contents cool. However, the opening is quite narrow and although one can keep it open by using the clips, then the opening is only big enough for one arm or to extract a can. If you use it for containers of food, even without using the clips, the opening may become an issue. Have to use small containers.

Keeps food and drinks cold
This cooler keeps food and drinks cold for many hours. The 4 stars is because the zipper at the top is difficult to use and although it is soft sided it is not very flexible.

Not worth the money
Does not keep ice any longer than a 100 dollar igloo cooler. Way overrated

Best coolers
We own 3; 2 soft; 1 hard. They set the bar high with these coolers. Ice retention is great & I live in southwest Florida. Drinks stay cold for a few days.

Hard to get items in and out
The opening is very narrow making it difficult to see inside while placing items. The zipper scrapes the hand while you move things. If you want to organize your food, good luck.

Keeps Items Cool
I gave it a four rating because the opening to the cooler can be a challenge to put items into the cooler. It needs to be engineered to have a larger opening for easier access. The cooler works great except for its opening.

Beware of old inventory
The product that I received did not have the vacuum valve as described. This item must have been from very old inventory. Returned immediately as this was not what I ordered.
