Perfect for Dubai Chocolate
Bought this hoping I could make my own Dubai chocolate. After having a browse I saw other options being either too thin for filling or too much (even though the original Dubai chocolate is huge with lots of space for filling). But as I wanted to make smaller ones to also be able to share out was hoping this would be a good in between. It was perfect for what I wanted and my creations came out cute. Defo recommend.

Great chocolate mould.
Bought for grandson to make his own chocolate bars. He loves it. Spent a day making all kinds of chocolate.

Easy to pour into, easy to release
Exactly what it says really. Easy to pour my chocolate mixtures into, easy to release, and easy to clean

Works well
I was expecting the moulds to be a bit deeper so that I could add more filling, but they still work pretty well. In terms of the ease in removing bars, the chocolate comes out perfectly and not once have I had any bars break. It’s a decent value for money but if you’re looking for deep moulds, this is not the one for you.

easy choc
I put the silicone tray on a small metal baking tray for support, poured the chocolate mixture into two of the four moulds and put the lot in the freezer. A couple of hours later, I had two yummy bars of chocolate, which popped out of the moulds with very little effort. Left whole, they looked pretty professional, imho, and they were easy to break into squares. The hard part was not eating it all at once! On a practical note: Each quarter of the mould is about 95mm x 75mm and 5-10mm deep (i.e. with or without a divider). To comfortably fill one quarter, I used 30ml virgin coconut oil (melted), 2 level teaspoons honey (the unset sort like Sainsbury Basics), a couple of drops of vanilla extract, 10g cocoa powder (I used Green & Black's) and half a teaspoon of peppermint extract. NB If you try this combination, keep the finished chocolate in the freezer or fridge, otherwise it'll melt.

Perfect but smaller than expected
The moulds are smaller than I expected (my fault for not checking out the size). But they’re perfect for making ‘mini snapbars’ which I think is a cute idea. I also received a free little dinosaur mould that I can’t wait to try. Happy customer, thank you. :)
