Everything was perfectly fine with the order. It arrived on time and the product didn't have any issues... However, I haven't even had it a full 2 weeks yet and the clasp that held the teddy bear on broke and I didn't realize it had fallen off.. So now the bear is just gone. That's unfortunate because it's literally the only reason I ordered this key chain over others I was looking at. If I had this for a long time, I wouldn't be upset because I know things wear out over time, but it shouldn't be less than 2 weeks. 🥺😔 Seller did work to resolve the issue.
