As with most Castelli gear the sizing isn't massive, this seems to go for most cycling clothing in general. I bought XL but I'm hardly shovel-handed. this size fits snugly If I have a criticism it is that the wrist Velcro strap isn't great. Rather than being a uniform width it has a shape meaning that it doesn't adjust easily. I have tended to fold the tab back into the thumb of the glove and not use it at all. The gloves don't move around or slip and the strap doesn't flap around. These gloves are comfortable and grippy even in the wet.
