Favorite magnesium. I love that it has different types of magnesium in it. I take it during pregnancy and it really helps with muscle cramps and sleep at night! Have been buying it for months!

I like this product. It tastes good, mixes fairly easy and moves digestion along. I will buy it again and have recommended it to family.

I got this specifically because it doesn't have stevia in it, I don't understand the reviews complaining about the taste of stevia in this product.. The raspberry lemonade flavor is delicious, it smells good just opening the jar. A frother really helps mix it, but it does have a slight "milky" flavor/taste that I don't mind but can understand if others don't like it. I use this to stay regular and help relieve muscle cramps, so far I am really happy with it. Just make sure to drink it with an additional glass of water (I drink 8oz of water, then this, then another 8oz of water) because it uses a lot more water in your digestive system.

This really helps a lot with sleep. Taste is great it doesn’t taste like no medicine or anything gives me energy.

Bought the banana mango flavor. Nice enough but was quite sweet. Do feel that it has helped improve my ability to get to sleep faster and deeper. May buy the non flavored one next time and give that a try.

I used to be a fan of this product, but BIOptimizers has completely ruined it with this "new and improved" formula. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Whatever they did to the ingredients list is a disaster. Almost immediately after drinking this new version, I was hit with a wave of severe nausea that lasted for hours. Worse than the stomach issues, it actually gave me anxiety—the exact opposite of what a magnesium supplement is supposed to do. I felt jittery and unwell the entire day. On top of the terrible side effects, the taste is now absolutely rancid. It’s chemically, chalky, and impossible to choke down. They took a working product and turned it into overpriced poison. Save your money and your health—stay far away from this. I’m throwing the rest of the tub in the trash.

The product delivers everything it promises. I just wished the company used a different type of sweetener, like maybe a honey based sweetener or none at all. Not a fan of the taste of the natural sweetener in this product.

Love this stuff! Flavor isn't great but makes a huge difference with sleep. My husband and I sleep better throughout the night with this.
