They are mostly minor. The "alarm" is cute, like a beep from a toy car. However, its minuscule volume is unlikely to attract any attention, rendering it useless for its stated purpose. This is the only claim I fault the vendor for making. The IPX4 rating makes the waterproof claim a bit exaggerated. IPX4 is good for light to moderate rain and not much else. I hope later versions strive for IPX6, which is good for almost anything short of submersion. Or, even better, would be IPX7 which would allow for the occasional mistaken drop into a puddle or sink. The flashlight can get a bit warm with continuous use. However, that said, I am still impressed! Other flashlights I have previously owned get downright hot. So, this is sort of pro and con! CONCERNS: I've only had this flashlight for a short time. I worry about the longevity of the switches. This is a problem I've had with other less expensive EDC flashlights.
