I've been using this Baja sea salt for about 3 months now and it's become my go-to for everything. The flavor is so much better than regular table salt - it has this clean, pure taste that really enhances my cooking. I love that it's unrefined and natural. You can actually taste the difference, especially when I use it to finish dishes or make my morning eggs. The texture is perfect too - not too fine, not too chunky. The resealable bag is convenient and keeps it fresh. I've been using it for roasted vegetables, grilled fish, and even rimming cocktail glasses when we have friends over. Definitely worth switching from processed salt. My food tastes better and I feel good about using something more natural. Will definitely reorder when I run out.

I bought this after looking into reviews from several sources. I'm not a chemist, never took biology and I don't own any relative testing equipment to verify claims made about this salt or what is stated on the package. The foregoing aside, it seems this salt should be high on the list of quality, natural salts, based on the reported mineral content. In light of the highly processed stuff sold as salt at the local store, it stands to reason this would be a good add to anyone's pantry, if just half of what is claimed is true. Interestingly, I can tell when I've had too much of the processed salt. Within five minutes of eating it, I'll start coughing and the coughing will continue for about an hour, until my system clears. That seems less a problem with this and other raw salts.

Not very dry, crumpled up

I did not realize this did not state fine or course, I got distracted by it's good value. taste is not really noticeably different that grey or any salt, it's salty. it is definitely a pinch type salt, it will not come out of a salt or spice container easily- I put mine in blender to try to make it more fine but it still clumps in my repurposed plastic spice container, I can only get a miniscule amount out at a time. it's not noticeably or overly moist it is just not a shaker type salt.

Wonderful- delicious - healthy salt- it's got large grains in it. So I put mine through a grinder - very satisfied -

I love this brand. It's supposed to have a very high, possibly one of the highest mineral counts. It's Very salty & quite moist but works fine. In fact I use it throughout the day & haven't been getting leg cramps.

We were surprised to find this salt has a high moisture content and was difficult to use right out of the bag. I did a little research and used my oven to help dry the salt out a bit to make it easier to use. We’re not super impressed with it, but we’re hoping that it’s giving us a little change in mineral content versus the salt we typically use. It’s not bad but it’s not great either.
