Edit April 2025: These magic capsules continue to work wonderfully for me; I’m older now and crabbier, but not from any digestive issues thanks to these! This stuff is the bomb. I've had acid reflux and had been taking antacids for more than ten years. After much reading and research I have stopped taking acid reflux medicines entirely and replaced that therapy with a completely different diet and natural supplements. I take two of these capsules a few minutes before every meal along with a chewable licorice tablet. By drinking lots of water (or herbal tea) and using these supplements, I do not need to take antacids any more. This is not medical advice and you may not have the same results I've had. Even if you are just trying to reduce upset stomach or other IBS type symptoms such as diarrhea or constipation you may want to try these tablets. I have had no negative side effects after two weeks of taking them with every meal.

I gave this product 4 stars, but it really deserves more like 4.5. First off, it doesn’t nauseate me like so many other digestive enzyme products. Secondly you can take it before during or after your meal, and even late night, you can open a capsule and add to water to soothe your stomach! It’s a great product. It would totally totally get 5 stars if it prevented gut issues 90% of the time, it works about 80-85%..But that’s a significant percentage higher than most enzymes products! I will continue to purchase this product.
