Too hot and stuffy for cycling in cold rain.
The water proof pants are a must have item. They are breathable and windproof. The jacket does not breath well. I have since purchased the Showers Pass jacket cycling which is both waterproof and breathable enough that I am not in a puddle when it is cold. The Tenns jacket will be good for walking. Otherwise one is wet from the rain with a wind jacket or wet from sweat with this waterproof jacket. Get the pants!!!
