Easy to swallow
The coating and capsule shape makes these 400 mg magnesium glycinate capsules much easier to swallow than the uncoated 400 mg pills I've been taking.

2 Pills are only 16% daily value, plus added coloring - avoid this suspect brand
Product was advertised as 400mg magnesium, but the label on the bottle says 67mg per serving, meaning that you only actually get 16% of the daily value. If you wanted to get 100% daily value (around 400mg), you would have to take 12 pills. Furthermore, one of the ingredients is “colors added.” Why would someone interested in healthy living want a colored magnesium pill? There is something really wrong with this product and brand. I suspect taking these pills would be more toxic than not taking any at all. This product is going in the trash. If you’re looking for magnesium glycinate, CVS brand (or most likely any drugstore brand) sells them for half the price, delivering daily values ranging from 50-100% with no added colors.
