## Overview

The Rosco Roscolux #23 Orange Gel Filter features a cutting-edge tri-extrusion manufacturing process that seals vibrant orange dye between protective layers, minimizing color fade and extending filter life under hot theatrical lights. Lightweight and universally compatible, it’s the go-to choice for professionals seeking reliable, vivid color correction in studio and on-location shoots.

## Description

Rosco's premier range of filters, Roscolux, is manufactured in a unique technology to insure the longest possible life under hot theatrical lights. Three discrete layers are combined in a tri-extrusion process. By sealing the colored layer between two microscopically thin layers of clear film, dye migration is minimized and effective life is extended. Roscolux (sold under the trade name "Supergel" overseas) is currently the most widely used filter range in the world

Review: Used this for a unique use case but worked perfectly - I was working on a friends car that already had digital dash gauges installed by the previous owner however the digital gauges had white illumination which did not match the Pontiac red/orange interior lighting in the rest of the interior. Since the gauges were not able to change color on their own I experimented with some camera flash filters I had on hand and the #23 Orange filter was perfect color while only using 1 layer of filter but I needed much more of it than I had on hand so I ordered this sheet and cut it to size for each gauge. The final result was perfect and my friend was very happy.
Review: Rosco quality - Great color tone throughout. Perfect for halloween lighting.
