The Mexican double-double end bag attaches to the outer edge of the frame which allows 180 degrees of movement around it. When I am done I can quickly disconnect the heavy duty bungee cord from the frame and secure everything up, out of the way. The bag arrived on time without issues. I slowly inflated it with a bike pump making sure that the bladders weren't pinched inside. I have used it at least 3 times a week for about 6 weeks and have added a little air only once. My father-in-law, who is an experienced saddlemaker, suggested I apply some leather cream before using it. It gave the bag a richer look and hopefully will add to it's longevity as I will continue applying the leather cream when needed. I hang it from the ceiling with a rope and then use the shorter of the two supplied bungee cords to fasten it to a 30 lb weight on the floor. I'd say 30 lb is the minimum if you don't have a hook attached to your floor--40 or 50 might be ideal, but 30 is OK. After a couple months, one of the bladders burst. I unlaced the bag and pulled it out. Ringside's help center told me which replacement on to buy, but it looked different than the one I removed, but he was absolutely certain. I'm glad I ignored his advice because I found the right one on Amazon (Pro Impact Boxing Speedbag Replacement Bladders Large 7-10 inch), which has Enkay 5 printed on it, just like the burst one. Two months after that, the other one burst and I ordered a replacement. At this point I'm no longer so impressed with the durability of this product.
