Very poor, used it only to find that the gel was stuck on my teeth . It was like dried up pva glue and had to brush more than once to get off my teeth. Did not help to whiten teeth at all , awful product

i have sensitive teeth but still use these and its okay. you have to ensure your teeth are dry (pat them down) before sticking the strips or they will fall off because of your saliva!! they work well, immediate fast results after like 30mins and then the more i use them the better the long-term results. i couldn't tell you if they are entirely safe (im not a dentist) but i use them still - once a day in the morning at home, then brush my teeth afterwards! use for 1 week and if still not happy use for another week! you can use them every 1-2 months depending on whiteness. do not think these will be good while you're out as you need to brush off the gel!
