I had already purchased chia seeds from Elan before and was really happy with the quality, so I trusted this brand again. I bought this Elan Organic Flax Seed pack because I needed more fiber in my diet and wanted something non-gmo and vegan. The quality of the seeds is actualy really good and they have a nice mild taste when I sprinkle them on my morning yogurt or put them in my smoothies. They gel up really fast like the description says which is great for baking too. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the packaging is kind of a pain. Its suppose to be resealable but I had a hard time geting it to stay closed after the first time opening it. Other than that the value for a pack of 2 is decent and they feel very fresh. I will probably buy these again but I might just put them in a different container next time.

This product is wonderful! I like this product because it’s so easy to leave whole or ground up. I prefer grinding it up into a powder so that I can mix it in my oatmeal or into my pancake batter when I make my breakfast in the morning. Also, it’s a great way to add additional fiber into your daily diet.

Ground up the seeds and put them in my pups food in the morning (undetected). The fiber scrapes thru and causes anal glands to empty which is wonderful because they don't suffer until I can get them into the VET and Mommy saves tons of money on VET bills. Nutrional benefits are awesome too.

I love keeping Flax Seed on hand and this is my favorite. Great price point and blends well.
